The trip up north is definitely the love-hate kind of trip. We didn't wanna go cos we're knackered but we promised to go and later sort of looked forward to it.

It was overall a good trip. Loved the getaways and funny jokes throughout but I doubt I'm gonna share them here lol

Thanks again to Leon who have accommodated us and Raisin (his housemate) and Mrs. Raisin whom we have yet to meet properly.

Love the door slamming!

Who needs to get angry when all you need to do is slam the door?!?! :D :D :D

Have a good day y'all!

Costa Brava & Barcelona, London

Thankfully, Costa Brava is such a beautiful place that I managed to see past the fact that I lived in a sucky hotel.

The views around the cliffs were magnificent and they have the most beautiful sunset ever. I've never seen a sea so blue and the sky so red before.

It was almost magical. The sand were soft and white but I suspect it is artificial. Who cares though, it's beautiful.

I walked around a lot and snapped loads of photos.

The time difference is 1 hour ahead of UK so, it didn't really affect me too much. I enjoyed hanging out at their coffee houses having cakes and teas chatting and enjoying the different culture.

People in Spain, in my opinion, does not discriminate other races (well, at least not those I encountered) and are really friendly and courteous even though they might not be fluent in English enough to communicate. It's definitely something very positive about this country.

I have to mention again that I love their paela and I still miss it every now and then but La Tasca's paela is just so crap, so I might have to wait for the next time I visit Spain again.

The hotel I lived in was literally right in front of the central bus station in Lloret de Mar so I hopped onto the bus to Barcelona, which is an hour ride.

I got up late, so I kind of wastes half a day when I arrived at Barcelona. But I managed to squeeze in a visit to the Chocolate Factory and the famous Aquarium in Barcelona.

At the Chocolate factory you get to see statues and models made out of chocolates and how chocolates were produced. The tickets were super cute too, they were chocolate bars.

The Aquarium is famously known for the glass tunnel where you can see the fishes and sharks swimming over you when you stand on the revolving flooring. It was awesome and worth every penny to be able to see all those rare fishes and sharks. The sharks were HUGE and the pictures does not do them justice.

The day ended with some waffles, hotdogs and a ride back to Lloret de Mar.

I would totally do it again!

The only thing I regret is that I didn't manage to see Barcelona enough.
